Overview

At AllureArmoire, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your items under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

- Items are allowed to be returned for exchange with another article of the same value or more within 7 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Final sale items, including clearance and special promotions, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at +91 70655 52356 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Authorization: Once your exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Pack Your Return: Carefully package the items to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of the exchange authorization email.
  • Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send the items back to our return address.

Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, please indicate the desired replacement item in your return request.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Refunds

-No refunds will be given.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91 70655 52356 or support@allurearmoire.co with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect.

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
